The base oils in the blend (Sandalwood and Rosewood) contribute to the grounding effects, which encourages honoring and accepting emotional energy, thus stimulating beneficial hormones, and promoting confidence.

The stimulating oils (Juniper Berry, Ginger, and Bergamot) encourage alert attentiveness. These oils stimulate the energy body to cleanse and purify stagnation, thus allowing all of our experiences to be met with confidence instead of programmed fear.

Each of the five essential oils we selected contributes to giving this blend astounding healing and strengthening properties.

Emotional: Honor Essential Oil blend invites feelings of happiness and strength as it stimulates increased hormone secretion. It can also help calm the nerves during tense or high stress situations. Confidence and creativity return as stress and tension are resolved.

Skincare: For the skin, Honor essential oil blend serves as a powerful disinfectant and detoxifier. The blend can be very stimulating to the skin, as it can help with cellulite, free radical damage, and circulation. Note: When using Honor on facial skin, be sure to dilute at a ratio of 9-22 drops essential oil per 1 ounce of carrier oil ratio (1-2.5%).

Physical: Physically, Honor essential oil blend may be diluted and used on cuts and wounds to disinfect and strengthen the affected area. The blend also works wonderfully as a deodorant, naturally keeping the body refreshed and the mind revitalized. As Honor is emotionally stimulating, it is also physically stimulating towards stomach enzymes, bile, stomach acids, circulation, and digestion. Honor contains enzymes, which can help reduce pain by relaxing muscles, reducing inflammation, and relieving headaches and migraines.

Spiritual: Honor essential oil blend helps to uncover the inner confidence and wisdom which rests just below habitual belief in programmed thought patterns. It encourages strength in the sacral and solar plexus chakras, which are the energy centers in the body that govern spiritual courage, inner strength, creativity, and purification.

Honor essential oil blend has a unique effect on the entire chakra system. The oil may be used in meditation or ceremony on the different Chakra points on the body and have the following affects:

First Chakra: Root Honor essential oil balances the root chakra by encouraging grounded energy and alignment with MotherEarth. The blend also inspires spiritual courage, and willingness to connect with pure being.

Second Chakra: Sacral The sacral chakra is the center for creativity and sensuality. Honor may be used as an aphrodisiac, as the blend encourages relaxation and release of mental clutter. Honor also encourages the sacral chakra open, thus allowing for the free flow of creativity.

Third Chakra: Solar Plexus Honor essential oil blend supports the digestive system, allowing for healing in the solar plexus. A strong digestive tract goes hand in hand with a strong sense of inner confidence

Fifth Chakra: Throat Honor supports inner strength, which in turn, helps us develop the will to speak truthfully, and with confidence and love.

Sixth & Seventh Chakra: Third Eye and Crown Honor essential oil blend encourages the release of habitual thoughts patterns that cause uncomfortable feelings, such as fear, guilt, and unworthiness. Contraindications: Avoid during pregnancy and breastfeeding

There are many ways Honor essential oil blend may be used for the mind, body, and spirit. Below are the methods of usage designed for safe and harmless effects.

Neat: Place a drop or two directly onto clean and intact skin. A couple drops on the wrists, shoulders, temples or neck imparts a strong woodsy and honey-like aroma.

Note: This oil should not be used undiluted on facial skin!

Blended with Carrier: Use 9-22 drops per ounce of carrier oil such as Foraha, Rosehip Seed, or Hazelnut oils, and massage over any area where you would like for healing to occur.

Bath: Place 8 drops into 3 handfuls of bath salt and disperse, or add 8 drops to vodka or whole milk and disperse.

Shower: Soak for at least 3 minutes in steamy shower, then with the water off or turned away from the body, allow 2-5 drops to fall in the palm of the hand and distribute all over wet body (not face). The oil will penetrate very quickly, and the body can be rinsed again, or not.

Diffuser: Follow diffuser manufacturers instructions, but typically add about 8-15 drops.

Room Deodorizer: Add 15 drops per 2oz distilled water and spray as desire
